By accessing or using the Life Source Counseling website ("Site") or submitting any form on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Not a Medical or Emergency Service

This website and any information provided here are for informational and scheduling purposes only. Life Source Counseling does not provide emergency mental health services through this website. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

3. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Submitting a form or making contact through this website does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A formal therapeutic relationship is only established after an intake process has been completed and both parties have agreed to proceed with services.

4. Counseling Services

Life Source Counseling provides affordable mental health counseling services through a team of master's-level trainee and associate therapists supervised by licensed professionals. All services are provided in accordance with California state law and applicable professional and ethical standards.

• Sessions are offered in-person at our Riverside, CA office and via telehealth.
• Session rates range from $20–$80 depending on therapist level and client circumstances.
• Appointment scheduling is confirmed by our team after receipt of your request.
• Life Source reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of services. Please contact us as soon as possible if circumstances prevent you from attending your appointment.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, logos, images, and graphics — is the property of Life Source Counseling and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
